Gather up the list of all of your patient’s email addresses and send them all a nice email message. What can you say? ANYTHING!!! The sky is the limit!
How about if you simply say you are writing to thank them for being a patient? Go on and tell them that you really value their loyalty and that you and your team strives to give them the best dental care in <fill in your area here>! Come on, you can do this. As you start writing, the words will flow! Trust us!
By the way, if you are sending out a mass email (called an email blast), please do not use your regular office email program. There is a MUCH better way to do it! It’s called MailChimp and we use it every day. Go to www.mailchimp.com to get started! MailChimp is very simple to set up and will likely be free for you (depending on the number of names on your list).
