automated answering or voice-mail system that passes callers
around in an endless loop. In fact, everyone at The Madow Group
is cross-trained to be able to help you with anything we do!
To let you know who will be on the other end of the phone with

General
Manager:
Richard Train
Richard manages the day to day operations of our office, monitors all the departments, their promotions, marketing items and company services. Richard is always happy to talk with our customers and see to it that they are well taken care of. He’s ALL business and is glad to help you with yours! |
Office
Manager:
Harriet Siebert
Harriet manages our office operations and is also a senior customer service expert for The Madow Group. She is the main contact for members of our Madow Brothers Audio Series and can answer any questions they might have. But the truth is that Harriet knows as much about The Madow Group as we do, so she is an excellent person to talk with when you call us for ANY reason. If Harriet doesn’t know about it, then we don’t do it! |
Seminar
Coordinator:
Gabrielle Jones
Gabrielle organizes and manages all the arrangements for the many seminars and special events we produce. She travels to the events and provides on-site customer service to our attendees and coordinates with the hotel or other facility to ensure a smooth production. Gabrielle also knows about every other aspect of our company, so when she isn't on the road, she can tell you about any product, service or event. She juggles too! |
Customer
Service Manager:
Carole McCracken
Carole is a senior customer service representative for many of the company’s incoming calls. She has direct responsibility for managing several of our products such as business forms and popular marketing materials like our Million/Billion Dollar Bills. But believe us when we say that she is extremely capable of helping you with anything we do. We call her our “Million Dollar Carole” for good reason! |
Shipping
Manager:
Sharon Cramer
Sharon manages the packaging and mailing of all our outgoing materials and letters. Her contacts within the upper ranks of UPS and the US Postal Service are truly amazing. And by-the-way, her talents don't end with shipping and receiving; she is extremely customer service oriented and can easily handle any questions or needs from our customers! |

Dolores (Dee) has been a fixture at The Madow Group for over 10 years and has helped in a variety of roles. She is always willing to lend a hand to ensure our customers get what they need on time and complete. Sometimes when the phones are ringing off the hook, Dee's one of the quickest to jump in and take care of things! |
