|July will kick off your third quarter for the year. Now is your opportunity to really make the rest of this year count. Make it your BEST! Here are some July marketing tips:|
It’s easy to recognize mistakes or when things are going wrong but be on the lookout to recognize and acknowledge what is going right. Your employees and fellow co-workers need to hear commendation and appreciation for the good things they’re doing.
Office Yearly Goals – Where do you stand with your production, collection, and new patient goals for 2019?
Family Friendly Offices – July is “Get Ready for Kindergarten” month. Depending on your schedule, consider setting aside one or two days for “Get Ready for Kindergarten with Healthy Smiles” visits. Make it a fun experience for the children. Promote via your social media sites.
Looking Ahead – If your office schedule typically slows down in August/September, make plans now for how you can prevent those holes in the schedule and what tasks may be done during those slower times. Consider scheduling a team building activity for September.
Marketing (exceed expectations for your current patients and the potential new patients that you engage with in the community):

Gift Idea: Weekly drawing for free ice cream cones.
Product Feature: “Eating Ice Cream Shouldn’t Hurt!” Desensitizing agents to treat tooth sensitivity.
Promote this service by educating your patients and potential patients via email and your office social media platforms with shareable content.
Theme #2: Patient Appreciation
Gift Idea: Fireworks sparklers with a note attached that says: “Thank you for making our office sparkle! We appreciate you!”
Product Feature: Teeth Whitening (Time to make your smile sparkle and shine!)
Social Media Post Ideas to Improve Engagement:
July 6th: International Kissing Day
July 11th: Slurpee Day
July 18th: National Sour Candy Day
July 29th: National Lipstick Day
