Collect more than dust!

Does your dental practice have a lot of outstanding money owed to you?  We’re finding that patients are having difficulty paying on time with so many other bills to pay.  Although these are tough financial times, you are still running a business, which includes paying your own expenses to keep your business going.

We ALWAYS say this, and we’ll keep saying it:  NO LONGER SHOULD YOU ACT AS A BANK!  Please let the professionals, such as Care Credit, take care of your patient financing.

But if you’re still in need of ways to collect patient balances, here’s an idea to try.  Compose a letter to your patients with overdue accounts letting them know you would like to extend them a courtesy due to the tough economic times.  You will deduct 10% from their entire bill if they pay everything by the end of the month.

Your patients don’t want to owe you money, so if you give them this incentive, many of them will want to settle up.  This could mean a lot of money coming into your practice in one month!

If this doesn’t work and you are finding it impossible to collect, you may want to consider a form that has been working very well in this economy.  Click HERE for more information.
