Want to know how to get your patients to love your practice, stay forever, and refer others? Make their day. Here are three simple ways to do it.

Offer your help.

Even the smallest gestures such as helping a patient hang their coat, showing them how to get on your office WiFi, or giving a little extra attention to their kids go a long way.

Say thank you.

Thank a patient for coming in, for being pleasant, for referring others. Constantly thank your team members in front of patients. Make your practice one where all efforts are publicly appreciated.

Compliment someone.

We all have some insecurities. Without going overboard, it’s great to give patients compliments. “You have a really nice smile” is a good place to start!
