Yes, texting is powerful! Last time in part one we talked about how dangerous it is to be in the middle of a treatment plan presentation and noticing that your patient begins texting someone. You lose! There is basically no chance for a recovery! Communication is one of the keys to prevent this from happening!
This time, we will talk about how to take advantage of the fact that just about every one of your patients carries a smartphone with them.
Here’s what we would like you to try today: Ask every single patient, whether they are waiting in the reception area or in a treatment room, to go onto their smartphone to YOUR Facebook Page and click “like!” It takes them less than a minute! Then count the number of new “likes” you have at the end of the day. If you “like” this idea, continue this every day and you will soon have hundreds of fans (if not more) connected with you on Facebook that “hear” your messages on a regular basis. You will then be on your way to becoming the “go-to” dentist in your area!
