A doctor writes in with a dilemma. Their phone is ringing, but constantly going into voicemail. Why? They can’t afford a second person at the front desk. This is obviously unacceptable! But The Dental Practice Fixers (Dr. Richard Madow and Dr. David Madow) have some solutions to phone going to voicemail that don’t necessarily involve a new hire.
