Ransomware – It Can Happen To YOU!

In this week’s episode we discuss a very scary topic – ransomware. Cyberattacks are happening in dental practices all across the country, and we’ll give some tips so it doesn’t happen to you. And then on the secret shopper calls we ask a question that shows how it is essential for our great front deskers to think quickly AND not forget the real purpose of every call. We show, we teach, and we’ll all get some laughs! Don’t do this in your practice!!
