Small Group Coaching Session:
“The Business of Dentistry Before, During,
and After the Pandemic.”

In this special session we’ll be discussing the dental business principles that are more important than ever for the success of your practice moving forward. The attention will be individualized, and our material will be developed with each attendee’s practice in mind. Just like all of our small group sessions, it will be “hands-on” with very limited attendance and it will fill up. Want to learn more? Here goes!

• The session is for practice owners only.
• Our Small Group Coaching Sessions are “No-Judgement Zones.” Whether you are the owner of a seven-figure practice or you haven’t taken a paycheck in two years, you’re welcome to join in. You just have to be ready to learn some steps to practice improvement.
• This is not a webinar – it’s a small, interactive session. It’s okay if you are introverted, but we do like all attendees to participate. If you can’t “be there” – please don’t be there.
• This session is not for those who just want to glean some information, or are there to try to impress the other attendees with their amazing knowledge. If your desire is to tell everyone else how great you are, there are other venues for that.
• Dentists who are serious about improving their practices are invited to participate. If you are afraid to change things or want to keep doing things the way they have always been done, it’s not for you.
• In order to make the session as valuable as possible, if you participate we’ll be asking you to confidentially let us know where you feel your practice could use some improvement.
