In this week’s episode we do some secret shopper calls that lead to “The Core of The Problem.” Yes – there are so many different questions that patients (or potential patients) ask on the phone, but they are basically saying the same important thing. The problem is that 99.9% of the time these calls are mishandled, resulting in something very bad for the practice. Listen and find out what it is! Plus we read a very interesting listener email.
