What happens when a new patient calls your practice?
When a new patient calls your practice, should the call be long or short? Today we have both. On the first secret shopper call we ask the most basic (and important) question “How much do you charge for a cleaning?” – at which point it becomes a race to see how quickly they can hang up. On the second call we have the opposite problem – a patient who wants eight veneers is given so much inaccurate information that they end the call in frustration.
